Ferrand Plomberie and Bistrot Lucette are made-up businesses, created to show my work. The photos in these demos come from Unsplash and are used under its licence. The Cabinet Grotesk and Satoshi fonts are by the Indian Type Foundry, under the ITF Free Font licence.

Quote form and emails
- Data: your name, your business if you give it, your phone number or email, and your message.
- Use: to reply to you and, if you want one, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: 3 years after our last exchange if we don’t work together. For clients, quotes and invoices are kept for 10 years, as French law requires.
- Who sees it: only me. The form is handled by Netlify and emails by iCloud Mail (Apple), acting as processors. This data may be transferred to the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR provides for.
If I contacted you first
Your business contact details (business name, email, phone, address) come from public sources: your website, your page or a business directory. I only use them to offer you services related to your business, on the basis of legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and keep them for at most 3 years after our last exchange.
To stop hearing from me, reply “no thanks” or write to contact@rebiz.app. I then delete your data and keep only your email address, on a do-not-contact list, so I never write to you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or to restrict or object to its use, by writing to contact@rebiz.app. I reply within a month. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.
